He does not listen to facts and states that it doesn't matter who cheated on who and extreme cruelty doesn't matter in divorce cases. Yes, it is a 'no fault' state..but abuse is abuse and should not be overlooked. He also frowns on police intervention...so if some states they want to put a bullet in your head and they get arrested, this judge punishes the victim.

He ignored written, notarized proof that the plaintiff, a CEO of a state run institution, (curious that both the judge and plaintiff have state appointed positions?) lied in several of his claims and still awarded him money and reduced child support based on those lies. He had no interest in the well being of the children.

He is the least person I will give a grade with the judicial system. He does not read what is relevant for a case. He used his power to make any unfair case legal. He has it in writing he believes in lies but punish others to comply with the ruling against the other who has proof but does not take the time to listen.

He gets no rate. He is a judge who does not follow the law legally. He is a judge who thinks he is above the law to make his own ruling.
I am a female and disgusted with his ruling. He does not need any proof or w-2 to make a ruling. If you have any lie written and give him as briefing he beileves it. Just today he award a female $50000.00 against another person property and their vehicle.
I have this in proof of why he thinks he is above the law.
I probably will make contact with the mayor.

He is all for the mother and biased against fathers. It doesn't matter what your court papers say or what they can prove against the mother. He will always rule against the fathers.

He is a nightmare, does not use the law at all, does not take notes and makes things up as he goes. He literraly said a 3rd gree felony for theft of $40,000 was a disorderly persons offense and read in violation of rules of evidnece a blanket "settlement offer to stop all ligitation" into the record and called it extortion in a Family court matter. He needs to be impeached.
