I was very disappointed in Judge Sandson. In my opinion, he shows too much leniency toward the defendant and not nearly enough compassion for the victim. I always thought that a defendant failing to appear in criminal court was a serious matter. But if you come up with a sob story, he will rescind the warrant and give you yet another chance to apply for Pre-Trial Intervention. While sitting in his court room for 2.5 hours, I found myself getting increasingly disgusted with him and the entire judicial system. If you have no priors and have not committed a violent act, he will give you a free pass. While Judge Sandson himself promotes a country club environment, his court officers show visible disdain for everyone on the other side of the bar. As a victim, I did not appreciate the cold stares I received from his female officers.

This judge is an absolute buffoon who looks like he just rolled out of bed. He had to have been some kind of political hack to get appointed, as he obviously lacks the merit himself.

judge sandson should retired or just do any thing else that has nothing to do with justice,this judge doesnot know what fair is ,never try to listen to booth side of the story and always take side with out knoing the facts he seems like he has to finish up so fast no matter who's hurts ,must the time the victem get hurt more with this judg ,also he appears as some one with no experiance what so ever he follows lawyer and repeats what they say like parrot ,really mark please do something else before doing more dammage pleassssss.

Very poor court room manner. Does not care about anything but himself and children are the last people he should be in care of. Like the third person said, he completely dismissed the reality of the case in favor of the most unfit parent a child can have.A casino lawyer has no business handling the affairs of children, just goes to show you what can happen under a democracy. Nobody, namely children have any rights. The bailiff with the cornrows (braids close to the scalp) for those unfamiliar, acts like she is straight out of prison on parole. She or it is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. She actually points, stares, and whispers about the litigants in court and shows how defacto the government is really becoming. My son was kidnapped by his father on a weekend visit and is still there, thanks to this judge.

BIG problem with this judge is he will not do what is in the childs best interest, it does not take DYFS to tell a judge what is right and wrong. my child is being abused in many ways and the mother breaks court orders at will and the judge will not uphold the orders. very poor in protecting the childs best interest. if you dont get what you want in the first 5 min your case is out the door also very poor for the children.

I have to go in the middle on this judge , my first time in his court room was great he wanted to know everything, but the sec time was a mess and he left the children in a mess just seemed like he was in a hurry , I hope the next time he listens and really looks at what is going on for the children they need a break from what there mother is doing to them .

Wouldnt not even hear what i had to say just dismissed the reality of the case and favored the father who is mentally and physically abusing my child turned it around and said i was making it difficult for him when in reality i have worked hard to make him apart of my childrens life i just wanted him to get parenting classes There father fights me constantly and i still bend over backwards to work with him He puts my children in the middle of adult issues and the judge made it out to be me. There father is constantly calling me names infront of the children and the judge says i put these things in my childrens head. I will fight this my children will be safe from this mental abuse.
