this judge should not be in the bench, she is incompetent, bias, unfair. About 4 years and has not being promoted like other judges had.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
I am so sick of pro se litigants complaining about not getting their way. There is a big difference between the judge making a mistake and a litigant being unhappy with a decision. I have always found Judge Perez-Friscia to be competent, prepared, and fair, and I know that many, many other members of the bar feel the same way.

Comments:
I think she is in over her head, to mask her lack of experience and knowledge, she is rude, hostile and hateful. It is extremly difficult, to discuss with her the irrational behavior of your spouse, because she is irrational in her desire to reach the conclusion predetermined in her little mind. She have no desire for hard cold evidence and makes no attempt to use sources that could assist her in finding fact. I should not judge her so harshly, but consider who placed her in this position and for what purpose and why do they keep her there. It's OK if you want her to be a Judge, but consider the children, they are our future, save America, Remove her NOW, before she harms another child. God Bless America and pray for the children.

Rating:3.6
Comments:
Constantly makes litigants wait, then lists the issues before her but fails to make the necessary rulings requiring litigants to return and incur more attorney fees. Judge Friscia should resign or request to be assigned someplace other than the Family Division.

Litigant

Comment #: NJ343
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Although she "reads every word in every filing" and has good recall, she does not have the courage to make the rulings that need to be made. By lacking this courage she lets children in danger remain in danger. Judge Friscia needs to either step down or be assigned out of the Family Division.
