Still does not understand the role of a Chancellor in the Equity Court. She has allowed litigants who she finds to be in the wrong to reap the benefits of her unsound decisions.

A good example of a judge who is burnt out. Takes it out on the lawyers, makes faces at motion hearings if she does not like your arguments and speaks in a condecending fashion. She routinely denies discovery extensions in an effort to clear her docket quickly. Like alot of other attorneys, I'd rather file in Bergen, Essex or Union to not have to deal with her nastiness. This is why she has Judges sitting around with no cases.

Couldn't agree with the previous post more. First time in her court and she was abusive and unprofessional.

I have only had limited exposure to this judge, and possibly she was having a "bad day" at the time. However, I can safely say I have never seen a judge behave less appropriately on the record, making unfounded accusations against counsel she had no prior contact with (aside from the pending application), and generally behaving in an actively hostile manner on a simple consensual discovery extension. Possibly she is more even handed other times, however, in this instance her conduct was border-line unhinged.
