This man is a disgrace as a judge (not as a person) I tried to understand his position based on what DCPP provided but in the end, he’s one sided and completely biased. He destroyed an entire family, 8 children, 3 parents and an entire family of grandparents, aunts and uncles. He is unfair and doesn’t use common sense. There was not a single shred of physical evidence yet he said “monstrous acts” while looking at me. Little does he know, my son now is crying begging to see me and come back home. He admitted that he lied to DCPP and was coerced. This judge said he’s “smart”. Im sorry, he’s not. He clearly didn’t see that the allegations were coerced by DCPP. He shows no mercy to drug addicts who do better yet he had a DUI. I never had a DUI. He has the nerve to judge but God will judge him one day. I pray for his mercy. He leads by his emotions like one day when he slammed his chair as he walked away. He’s more angry than me and clearly can’t control his anger. Now, a poor child is lying in a rehab without love, family, support and hasn’t thrived because the courts delayed her treatment. 7 other children are begging to come home but can’t. It breaks my heart because children deserve the best. All children deserve to be loved and this judge along with DCPP rip love right out of family. Anybody who has a family, please don’t get this judge involved. Fight for your family and stand up with the truth. Let nobody judge you by your past and Please hold your loved ones close. Protect them, keep them safe.

Wholeheartedly agree with all of the comments. If I could give a 0 that would be too generous....
Where to start? Completely judgmental and biased.
Does NOT follow the law. Let’s cases drag on forever and then selects a court appointed mediator that has the same views as him.

Honestly how he became a judge is beyond me. And btw he [Redacted by Ed.] had the gall to chastise my DUI, people make mistakes doesn’t mean they are bad people.

Not a fair judge. He does not clearly read any case notes or look at the history of a case. He is an embarrassment to the court system he really needs to be reviewed. Very moody and inconsistent not a good thing with the family court setting. The poor children! Avoid him people

Judge does not give a fair hearing. Has his mind made up before it even begins. Should not be in family court as he has no children and is divorced. Has no right ruining children's lives because he favors one parent over the other and the wrong one at that! Only reason he is even on the bench again is because Chris christie is his friend. He also blew a outrageously high for a DUI test. Yet here he is still ruining people's lives because hes EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT

The only judge who has ever considered my position as a father in family court. He actually read the documents and realized that my ex had been manipulating the court with lies and manipulation for years. I was able to get a new agreement which saved me tens of thousands of dollars a year that I couldn't afford. He changed my life for the better and he was FAIR. Didnt' screw my ex but actually listened to the facts. I wish more judges were like him!!1

this horrific judge is single-handedly changing the standard of family law in morris county. as long as he is on the bench, the best interests of the child is replaced by the best interests of the court. his first priority is to frighten parents into inaction, so that the courts can remain uninvolved in child-related disputes. his second priority is to stroke his massive ego. how many children will be put at risk before this arrogant, incompetent, ignorant, awful human being is removed from the bench?

His competence, treatment of victims or understanding of sexual abuse was sadly limited. His unfortunate ruling put my child at risk. Avoid him if at all possible.

The most incompetent judge I have ever encountered. As others say, doesn't read or willfuly ignores case history. Displayed extreme gender bias and made his own very imaginative interpretation of DCPP reports. Quite literally refused to review evidence. Made a judgement on a party's mental stability without a single evaluation or without speaking to a single professional. This man is the epitome of a "diversity hire." He would never have sniffed the bench if he were anything but black. Do not make the mistake of believing these reviews are the result of sore losers. This man is an entirely inadequate judge, and his career will almost certainly end in disgrace

Very bad temperament does not read case history, kids are being impacted. Do everything you can to not have him hear your case. I won my case so this review is not because I lost. It was heard by a different judge that read the case history.. Please get him off the bench.

This judge should not be practicing law. he is unknowledgeable, does not act in the best interest of children and is a absolute disgrace to the justice system. If you have the misfortune to be appointed this person, do everything in your power to have him removed from your case.

I was threatened with jail by this judge for speaking up on an incorrect statement made by him. I thought I'd would be able to show proofs provided but would not allow me to proceed. He ignored Government proofs from Social Security Administration. At one point he threatened that I or the the defendant would be put in jail once he determines who was lying. (Which wasn't me) I actually am a wonderful person and to have been treated like that. I'm so disappointed in this judge, I am beside myself. I have an opportunity to file a motion for reconsideration before the same judge but I'm choosing to Appeal directly to Trenton and take my chances with another judge. I'm horrified how he chose to treat me.

Holds 1 person in contempt over 1 comment, but allows the other person to lie in 50 + pages submitted to the court and doesn't want proof that the other person lied extensively. this judge needs to be removed from the system, because he doesn't know everything

A poor excuse for a "judge". He does not allow oral arguments and his decisions take 60-90 days after your papers are submitted. He knows what he knows and doesn't care to learn what he doesn't. He actually makes Judge Farber look good!!
