Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ2554
Rating:6.6
Comments:
Afraid to issue summary judgment. Stated during oral argument, "I don't see how i cannot grant the motion on this record." Then got his decision. He found issues of material fact. Even my adversary was shocked and couldn't believe it.

Other

Comment #: NJ490
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Unable or unwilling to adhere to extremely basic civil rights and US SCOTUS decisions. Follows party political dictum rather than the law and the Constitution - a complete disgrace. US SCOTUS decisions and the Constitution are not scrawlings on a milk carton - they are the law of the land, and it is time New Jersey courts acknowledged this.

this judge does not respect the right of people in new jersey to protect themselves even after horrible life threatening actions have been taken against them. This Judge must not be allowed to continue to sit on the bench. his ability to see clear factual arguments does not exist.
