This guy, I refuse to call him a Judge, plays favorites. It's plain to see in court. He is very unfair and one sided. He is supposed to be impartial which he has shown time and time again that he is not. He hurts families and doesn't care about them, just about his own agenda.

This Judge issued an Exparte order given him by corrupt D.A., against the court rules and denying any due process, and persists in pretending he has done nothing wrong. He, the D.A. and my attorney made a bogus recording of a hearing, destroying the recording where he admits he signed an exparte order. That is no small deal. He is either getting senile or he needs a competency evaluation. They are all working against the Defenddant, and the record is sequestered to protect the court, not the defendant.

An excellent judge. Keeps one eye on the Constitution. Very good courtroom demeanor - evenhanded in his treatment of both sides in litigation. Can "lay down the law" when he needs to.
