Comments:
I was arrested for DWI 1st and she was the judge. During the trial, she read the paper and didn't listen to any of the trial. I asked a question and she couldnt respond because she wasn't paying attention. I appealed and won. 6 yrs later I was arrested for a Bench warrant issued because of her. I wanted to make a call to her office to inform her that she had made a mistake. As I was being arrested, I informed the police that I would be suing them, they twisted my arm untill the liagments in the wrist were seperated and when they tackled me my elbow chipped. I need to know the fax number to her office so I may send a tort claim notice. I served two days Pre-trialincarcerattion in Bernalillo and this is the same amount of time I served in Clayton to clear this Bench Warrant. I now face resisting arrests and assualt charges, because of the physical damage causes by the police officers. They are trying to cover their asses. If you can help me call (575)707-0879, Vince Jimenez
