Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: NM233
Rating:4.0
Comments:
Judge Huling allowed a pro se litigant consume 5 days at trial with no witnesses no documents and only the litigant's personal opinions wwhen the case was clearly one for Summary Judgment on the pleadings. Awful and uninformed judicial decision making. Did not read the pleadings or the evidence before the court in depositions and documents before allowing the matter to go to trial - phenomenal waste of taxpayer and defendant's money.
