Appauling the lack of enforcement of Judicial Oversight and Professional Conduct exhibited in her courtroom. Extremely biased against opposing counsel of the Attorneys whom she is known to favor in pleadings and to those who are huge contributors to her campaign and extends favors in lieu of Guardianship appointments. Guardianship families are going to be bilked by the lack of Oversight she extends to her appointees.

Judge Nash appointed colluded Conservators, Guardians, Caregivers that engaged in criminal activity, refused to allow evidence be shown or admitted in courtroom, failed to Sanction Attorneys, Conservators who committed State and Federal Crimes. Beneficiary's and family's were not allowed to have a voice in the courtroom, some silenced by going to jail for contempt when they tried to speak out

This judge is terrible. No over site of her probate appointees at all. They run wild and she does zip !! Shes no judge !!

Biased, knowledgeable about the case, refused one of the attorneys to submit and show documents in open court of the illegal activity of the Trustee of the case. She openly displyed Failure to Due Process in the entire case. History in court records show the collusion of this Judge with same attorneys in Probate cases and allows the abuse of exploitation to proceed that they are apart of to the detriment of the clients
