Comments:
This Judge is the worst. He supposedly has this federal grant to settle medical malpractice cases early but unless the plaintiff's lawyer is a regular and buddy buddy with him, nothing get settled. He is the Administrative Judge in the Bronx so he often cancels his Manhattan calendar. He failed to show up 5 times in a row on my case. He is also very slow in deciding motions and he totally failed to decide an entire item in my motion. Unless you are one of his pals get ready for a long and slow journey.

In my case Hon. Douglas E. Mckeon. Inconsistently behaved in a way that can be interpreted as biased or favoritism. My wife filed for divorce then removed our son from New York without my consent or approval by the Court. The reason she did that it was that because the child was awarded millions from a medical malpractice action involving said child. Then two weeks later after she left I went to the family court asked them to return the child to new York, and the matter is pending there. My wife submitted an application for partial withdrew from the child's account to buy a house in Rhode Island. I submitted an order to show cause objected her motion for partial withdrew. I informed the judge about the pending family matters, but the judge rejected my objection then approved her application for partial withdrew. Then I took the matter to the appellate division is pending there.

conclusions

1. The Judged signed the infant's compromise order
without of the father's knowledge or consent.

2. Hon. McKeon refused to allow the due process of the family matter before authorizing the purchase of the house In Rhode Island.

3. The judge felt to enforce the law because when our son's case is was about settle my wife and the law firm Fitzgerald and Fitzgerald committed crimes. They mislead the court about the work my wife was doing and the money my wife was making so on so on. As a result, she was awarded $300,000 which I believe was unfair for our son. I asked the Judge to demand my wife to return the money she obtained from the child's settlement because she is not entitled to the funds. But Hon. Douglas E. Mckeon ignored my request as well the as law because the judge did not make any ruling about my demands. Therefore, I believe Hon. Douglas E. Mckeon deliberately violated my parental rights
