I had a case go before McNamara when he was in the lower court. He wrote about a 17 page decision. The higher court overturns his decision with three paragraphs. Why? How? Two reasons. McNamara has an agenda, which no judge should have but he did. Second reason? He is a blithering idiot who knows nothing about law

Judge Mcnamara is nothing short of a coward for not repeling the Safe Act. Every County In NY had passed resolutions opposing the safe act along with numerous law enforcement agencies and1000's of constituents. Wait until election day or appointion date he is gone along with the other supporters or the safe act. Keep in mind until we get a judge not appointed by Governor Cuomo, we will not have any different results. This is key.

Judge McNamara proves that the only thing worse than elected judges are ones appointed by a Governor. McNamara is lazy, and disengaged. He is a diabetic, and his moods fluctuate wildly, perhaps in relation to blood-sugar. His primary objective seems to be to clear his desk, rather than see that cases are justly resolved.
