ZERO... horrible... his law sec. threatened me in hallway, he is totally senile, concealed documents, flip flopped on two decisions, could not even get a judgment Order down right and had to make two motions for him to correct it. TOTAL IDIOT.. Oh, he he filed all my personal medical information on the public access system, would not remove it and the Admin Judge had to do it.

Judge Sidney F. Strauss of the Queens Supreme Court has just shown himself to be insensitive to consequences of his decisions, and easily manipulated by those trying to manipulate the judicial process. There are 2 disputing parties trying to control the Board at my condo. I am not a member of either group, but as an owner, was looking forward to our upcoming Annual Meeting to clear the air and accomplish needed business. But one of the parties filed with the courts, and Strauss's decision was to order a postponement of the Annual Owners Meeting a week, on 8 days notice, right in the middle of December. The second party requested a longer extension, due to the short notice and busy holiday season, which Strauss denied. It is likely there will be no reasonable or productive outcome of this forced-change meeting, because attendance will be impacted by the poor timing. Strauss played into the hands of those hoping to manipulate the process of a legitimate meeting, and made it harder for our community to problem solve.

A tough but essentially fair guy. Hates
motion practice and discovery. Has exceptional court staff.
