He doesn't listen. He acts like he doesn't care. He doesn't really look at evidence and just makes a flippant decision about families. I'm sorry I voted for him. He represents why a lot of people of color do not believe in the law. He also seems to have a basic view of domestic violence and mental health. If your a woman of color, please do what you can to get another judge before even seeing him.

this guy should never be allowed to sit on the bench ever again - he's pro "defense" and does not care at all about the victim - he is a disgrace!!

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY11860
Rating:1.8
Comments:
A bona fide dunce. No knowledge of the US Constitution and no interest in learning. Apparently angling for a district court appointment from Trump.

Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: NY11853
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This guy is lost. Refuses to transfer the matter when he can because he want to play "local hero" however, he makes no effort to learn or understand the law. Apparently the CPLR is lost on him as well as he does not even understand the level of review in an Article 78.

Zero would be the best rating,

Judge Greenwald should never be able to sit behind a bench, when confronted with his own words he runs and hides. Hes scared of confrontation and being told he's wrong. He should never rule in any matter where a childs life is at stake. GET HIM OFF THE BENCH!

Comments:
HalVile, biased little creep and the only other rating is clearly made by someone who works for him or a too bit/sleezy lawyer like Salant who bribes Greenwald to make unscrupulous decisions

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comments:
Greenwald is fair and smart. He runs a tight ship, but listens to both sides. I like the guy, he works at getting the docket cleared and he is on time. I think his staff is also great, which is why I gave him high ratings for general inclination
