Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:8.7
Comments:
I think that Judge Carter is one of the best judges that is on the bench in upstate New York. He should be the next County Court Judge. He is even-handed and holds each parties' feet to the fire. Though a former prosecutor, he cuts no slack to the ADA's, nor to the defense bar. I rate him highly.

Comments:
He removed his robes and challenged a defendant (who, by the way, was shackled at the time) to a fistfight. He should be removed from the bench.
