Comments:
I argued a complex 3213 motion involving a convertible note. Not sure she understood either side's arguments. We waited 2.5 yrs for oral argument. That was 9 months ago. We are still waiting for a decision. Hard to explain that kind of delay to a client.

Rating:6.3
Comments:
Tried to verdict a damages only trial with about 10 experts in total, and later argued motions before her. I felt she treated both sides fairly, and with respect. She has one habit that can be disconcerting- as you argue legal points, she asks rhetorical questions. Thinking she was asking me the question, I would try to respond and she would get annoyed, saying I was interrupting her. In essence, she was asking herself the question, so beware on that point.
