The comment below regarding this Judge is 100% accurate. There is not enough space to question the legitimacy of her appointment and I would question how she made it through law school. I am an attorney with over 20 years experience. I brought my breach of contract to the other attorneys for review. There really was nothing in question. I answered every question the judge had. Her first comment to me was $5000 dollars is a lot of money you are asking for. I had every receipt and even the opposing party did not dispute the repair or cost. She also mentioned it had been a few years. Then why is there a time limit which I fell within. I swear she cannot handle complex matters and is frightened to back up her lack of intelligence in making a decision. With all respect this judge is a token unable to practice law and should not be in judgement of others. She flipped through pages without reading them. She looked at receipts without understanding them. An insult to the judicial process.

Dumb and lazy. Does not read the moving papers. Did she ever actually graduate from law school? Very hard to tell.
