The post of 3/22/22 is spot on. Evident bias. No consideration of case law. Why bother submitting it?

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.4
Comments:
Typical Queens judge and staff -- can't handle complex fact patterns, so just kicks the can down the road through a blanket denial of summary judgment which reveals that the motion papers were just skimmed over. The judge seems to rely on his underqualified, inexperienced clerks to handle motions and issue decisions, and they are invariably incorrect and even internally inconsistent. Set aside part of your litigation budget to appeal.
