Comments:
Charlie is not worthy of the title judge. He thinks that he has power. That is a joke. This man is a bully who uses his position to intimidate litigants. Throw the legal papers he should sign right back in his face. Tell him to write his autograph on the settlement agreements. His term ends soon. You are on the bench today. Let's hope that when your term is up, the real powers that be will have your behind sitting somewhere else.

I have been before Judge LoPresto many times when he was a civil court judge. He handled many conferences well. He has a quiet demeanor but makes a decision and does not waiver.
At trial he did a good job making rulings and giving us time to bring witnesses. He did not try to settle the case and did not twist arms when the case could have possibly been settled before trial. Otherwise a fair judge and let's the jury decide the case.
