He instructed the jury to recognize that plaintiff had financial motive to warrant discrediting her testimony but not the flee bag attorney from insurance company who he gave free reign to spew lies without evidence, he mixed up questions for verdict repeatedly, from “and” questions to what should have been “or”questions, the young attorney he verbally pushed around had to find his “errors” he was verbally condescending throwing his power around, being in his courtroom is a throwback to the fifties where people got away with misuse of power

For my first and only time in a trial, I am mortified by his misuse of power, obvious ties, he is above the law and fairness, could care less abou those he doesn’t know, the old boys club needs to become relevant

I appealed an obviously incorrect decision, and the decision was reversed on appeal. I went back about a month later, and the judge and his law secretary were still adhering to the ruling that was reversed. This demonstrates not only a lack of knowledge for the law, but a callous disregard for the law. I heard through the rumor mill that the law secretary was fired. This is a step in the right direction to better the situation. Sadly, I also hear he is going with another judge, who will suffer the same.
The time has come to infuse politics with merit.

Read the previous reviews. Couldn't agree more. The law clerk is a very angry guy. Don't know why. He was apparently fired and the party put him with yet another Supreme Court judge when he can't handle it. Don't they have any law secretaries who know the law and can hold a conference without getting abusive? This is ridiculous.

The judge was ok, though he speeds through cases, which is his mandate. His "law" secretary is a stupid little worm who doesn't know the law, and is brutal to conference a case with. I hear he was fired and is being placed with ANOTHER supreme court judge next year. Why do they keep these losers in supreme court handling serious cases?

We were assigned to this judge for all purposes, jury selection, trial etc., There were six lawyers in all, on this multimillion dollar matter. . He is very flexible when it comes to your schedule, vacation, personal matter, etc. The man knows the rules of evidence, and does not like to waste time.

His courtroom clerks and officer are phenomenal and are a pleasure..thats where the pleasure stops. Him and his "law" secretary are nothing more then a bad joke on the innocent litigants who enter his fast food justice courtroom.. always has a plane to catch..worried about how many verdicts he takes instead of letting jury do its job and making sure process is fair. plaintiff will not get a fair shake and you dont want a case with a real injury in front of him. Check his record on appeal- it is abysmal and he's about to be overturned again. real shame when your client gets justice from a jury only to be taken away by a judge.

The worst mistake you can make in Queens County is having your Supreme Court action 325D to Civil Court. This Judge's part is an embarrassment. His opinions and or ability to grasp legal issues is/are abhorrent. I will appeal every decision out of his part.

This liberally biased clown ignored factual evidence of my ex wife's psychiatric commitment, assault, vandalism, per jury in family court, a written statement from the 104th Precinct's Domestic Officer proving constant aggravated harassment He allowed her to hide behind the HIPPA ACT With total disregard to my daughter Riley's safety
He refused to even give me a hearing for my motion for a change of custody He altered my divorce agreement to allow the child support collection garnish my wages at work After the Divorce Agreement was signed Resulting in me loosing my job and having my unemployment Despite credits in my child support payments Through Chase Expert Pay
This judge is as un impartial liberally biased scumbag Who I hope some day he meets a smarter guy than me Clyde Shelton When a crazy woman hurts or kills his child After Esposito lets her off the hook With this HIPPA ACt Bullshit
Now my lawyer wants me to pay for a motion to get Supreme Court judge Anna Culley to change what Judge Esposito altered
They should be both thrown off the bench by the DA'S Office and told to fix the document immediately or face criminal charges and pay Mr McKiernan's legal fees

Excellent judge! I just had 2 trials with Judge Esposito over a 1 month period and I am truly impressed with his competency, skill and temperament on the bench. He certainly rises to the top of the list in a county that has few top jurists. He is fair to both sides, cares about the jury and knows the value of a case. Both my cases involved unique legal issues that he dealt with fairly and decisively. It is a pleasure to be in his courtroom. Win or lose you won't have any issue with the way Judge Esposito presided over your case.

This judge is a pleasure to try a case or argue a motion in front of. His rulings and decisions are always well reasoned and fair.

Judge Esposito rushes through cases and motions without any regard for what the law might be whatsoever. Check his record on appeal- it is abysmal. I couldn't find one case in which he was affirmed. His law secretary is very weak on motions and simply cannot get it right. Sure, he is FAST, but what about dispensing some justice accordint to the LAW?
