Judge won’t let anyone speak to him about case and is biased towards one party. Not an impartial law upholding judge! Beware! And he doesn’t give a shit he’s retiring 2020.

Excellent jurist. He looks the part. He plays the part. Reminds me of Justice Douglas. Can be a tad gruff. His bark is worse than his bite. If you are an insurance carrier looking for an adjournment on a final, don't bother. Bring your check book. He will never waste your time or pull your chain. If you wonder why he has his face buried in his hand when your expert is testifying it is because he is thinking about his next triathlon. (Only kidding)

This guy should teach the "course" on how to run a district court part. He's my favorite judge to appear in front of even when he's not on my side because I know where I'm gonna stand with him. Knows how to get straight to the point & keep things moving in a crowded system while still being even handed. Good District Court Judge.

This judge always looks and sounds like someone either just killed his dog or screwed his wife. He always seems angry and looks as if there is a bomb about to go off under his seat. The guy is just irritable and jumpy. He is another one of these bullying judges who wants to ram settlement down the weaker side's throat. He has no interest in the facts or the law - he just determines who is the weaker link and attempts to bully and browbeat them into submission. Not flexible at all, unless you are a skell pro se, then he will let you piss all over the big bad insurance carrier or collection agency. Really angry that he's still in Disrict. Thinks he should have been on the U.S. Supreme Court by now.

Zero wasn't a choice. This garbage can is the first judge in US history to be caught on the record at recusing himself at the start of a case and then sneaking in a year later and ruling several times in favor of his business partner. One old time observer stated: (in the courtroom): "This is the last place this guy wants to be". I couldn't put it better. The exact opposite of what a good judge should be. Would not grant an adjournment when my father was dying and then again after he passed away. How about a minus 5,000? Pure filth.

In the horrible land of L/T Judge Fairgrieve navigates the terrain as good as anyone. When he leaves the L/T part the place goes to hell in a hand basket!! Also his right hand Brenda is as good as it gets!

An exceptional jurist. Even-handed, fair, and only concerned with getting it right. This judge listens to the parties, is prepared, accords deference to both sides, and is only beholden to the truth. Would make an exceptional Supreme Court or federal judge. Brings honor to the saying, Fiat justitia rust caelum.
