I listen to the proceedings once a week. Judge Graham takes the time to hear everyone out. He calms the rush rush rush agitation of NYC respondents, keeps all even tempered, makes everything easy to follow

He is truly a nice fellow, but he needs a little more backbone. My adversary was as disrespectful to me as any attorney in all my decades of trying cases. I was waiting, and so was the rest of the courtroom, for the Judge to drop the hammer on him, to no avail. I came this close to dropping my adversary, and would have gladly went into the cooler on an assault charge, but used all my patience to hold off. Judge Graham needs to grow a pair and act, when necessary, as all judges need to do on occasion, as the tough as nails referee, and shut down out of control lawyers.

He seems to listen more to his law clerk than the law or lawyers. He has gone through many areas of law - family law, car accidents and now med mal. He is learns a few buzz words and then bases all decisions on those words rather than the facts of a particular case. He has a very calm demeanor and is easy to work with, but his lack of scholarship is a real hindrance.

He is a political hack who destroyed countless innocent lives in Kings County Family Court. Very dishonest and manipulator of both law and procedure using Court Clerks as well as the Children's Law Center (NYC's 'Attorney for the Child' lawfirm of radical feminist lawyers.) NYS has the crookedest Judiciary in the Nation and Bernard Graham is one of the reasons why.

Unfortunately, Judge Graham knows nothing about the rules of evidence or discovery or objections. He lets lawyers lead on direct and rarely sustains objections. He lets everything in even if it was never exchanged. Does not have a good handle on the law or CPLR. He needs to get Judge training.

Judge Graham is an outstanding human being, and is extremely fair. He comes from Family Court, and unfortunately Familay Court evidentary rules are pathetically unpredictable, and as a carry over, Judge Graham does not have a firm grasp of the rules of evidence. He always tries to be fair. I am sure with time and experience, his grasp will improve. Could not ask for a nicer guy to be on trial with. I had a 5 week trial with him, and he made it bearable.

Crackerjack judge. Tried city case before him. Even though he knew Corp counsel by her first name, he was extremely evenhanded. Smart, punctual and a pleasure to be before. Even the rulings against me made sense. Great assignment for either side.

This man really did a lifelong number on my daughter in Family Court. He knows the law and his public Oath but he twists it around and uses the false allegations of DV that the Uber Radical Feminist 'Attorney for the Child' law firm, Children's Law Center to delay any plenary hearing and eventually destroy a child's life and that of her paternal family. He was involved in the regular Criminal Racketeering in the Family Court for Federal Feminist Funds such as VAWA, HHS, OCSE and of course litigation fees. He would pick and choose the Orders, procedures and rules he wanted to achieve his ends and is void of any ethical practice. He is not a good Judge and certainly should not be a public officer. He should be held accountable and disbarred and jailed for his practice. The very worst our government has ever offered. State sponsored child abuse.

I had one trial before him last year. He is honest, knows the law, makes reasoned decisions and most of all has a great demeanor. He is polite and friendly to everyone. I almost had another trial before him which ended with a settlement which he was involved in obtaining. Give him all the stars.

For his pandering to the feminist Children's Law Center and flagrant violations of the NYS Public Officers law as a judge in Kings County Family Court, he should be disbarred, arrested and placed in prison.

I may not be an Attorney or a resident of NYS but I know the law and the Unlawful abuse bestowed upon my innocent daughter by Political Judge of the Kings County Family Court Bernard Graham. I am not a "disgruntled litigant". I am an informed Father and witness (holder of the Family Court transcripts) of Judge Bernard Grahams abuse of my daughter so he could bring in 'Federal Incentives' thru VAWA, Child Support, Child Visitation Business and other Judicial/Financial RICO scams. Judge Graham will be held accountable under 18 USC 241 & 242 in Federal Court and he will not be allowed "Judicial Immunity" because he broke the law, took Public money, defied his Oath of office and worked against the Public Interest (destroyed My family).

These other comments must come from a party that lost in family court and consequently is very upset. This Judge is a pleasure to appear before and to try a case in front of. A gentleman - we could use a whole lot more of this in Kings Supreme.
