This judge did not consider the life my children would have if he let them stay with their verbally and emotionally abusive father who tried to controlled every aspect of my life. I was very hard to leave their father and when I finally had the guts to leave, this judge kept my school age boy with him, because I moved back to my hometown. Everyone out here in Oneida County knows their father is like this but I could not prove it in court. I did however have an audio of the father saying he was gonna kill himself if I didn't do what he said but I guess that didn't matter to judge hanuszczak. The best interest of the child? Not in this case. All this judge saw was money, I was a stay at home mom for 6 years, of course I had no money. And I have full custody of my other children.

The Judge did not take into consideration for anything I asked for. I was in a verbally and emotionally violent relationship, I moved out and I brought my children with me to get away from this abuse. The Judge gave physical custody to the father of our son because I moved out of our son's school district. I thought I was doing the right thing by getting my kids and I away from the abuse and the Judge put him right back into it. I cannot believe someone would do something like this. Now I worry every night about my kids and if they are being treated ok. We also have a young son, 2 years old, and the Judge has him on a 'week on, week off' schedule. Now I'm going to appeal this order. I do not believe in the justice system anymore.
