Criminal Defense Lawyer

She seems more concerned about political implications for her own career than the actual merits of any particular case. What do you expect from a judge who hyphenates her name around election time?

When a low level civil city court judge tells you that she doesn't follow either her own appellate term or appellate division there are problems. I have had upwards of 50 trials before her and she has only found for my client on less than 10% of the cases. Isn't there something in the CPLR about making specific findings of fact? Not with her. But then again she is just part of the Brooklyn machine.

Very knowledgable no-nonsense judge. A pleasure to appear before this judge, one of the best in New York. Well qualified for her position. The one ray of light in Kings county.
