She has fund raisers for reelection at a $1,000 a plate attend by lawyers who presides over- talk about a conflict of interest - She is running unopposed which makes it even worse.

Hon. Bennett has truly made my INSANE divorce a relative pleasure when we are in her court. She's always listened to everything my team has said and considered the circumstances when ruling or speaking. Other party has kept us in court for 4 years. Hon. Bennett has made the torture of going to court not nearly as awful as it could be. I feel heard and respected in her court room. In the end if things don't play out 100% in my favor, I'll still be glad that she was overseeing the case.

If I had to choose one word to describe her it would be INDIFERENT. I personally think she only thinks of herself and the way she looks - -that is the only thing seem to matter to her: her looks... very passive and indifferent:you lol get nothing done if she handles her case ... most likely the case will last forever till she will be transferred to another court by reelection( she seems to be always on the list for reelection - you may wonder why ) and your case then will be transfered to another judge. Honestly , if she gets assigned to your case - run - it will save you some money - request somebody else ... trust me she is too indifferent .... to take care of your real issues .... we even have a nickname for her "a bubble head" : her hair is more important thanyour issues that she sssigned to resolve

Bennett has no regard for anyone. [Redacted by Ed.] In my case my X removed everything from our home before the decision was signed and moved everything into her new boyfriends house who happened to be a NYC cop. Of course Bennett did nothing about the X or the cop breaking the law, because nothing was to be removed until it was decided by the judge. [Redacted] There is much more and I am sure that their are many people that have the same issues with her. When a judge is fair in both directions, he or she cannot be judged unfairly. In Bennett's case, the reality is that she has her staff making her discussions for her and they are just as clueless as she is. My question is where are the weights and measures for a judge like Bennett. With all terrible ratings for her, why isn't she asked to step down. Judges need to look at these ratings much closer because there are lives that get destroyed because of there careless actions.

[Redacted by Ed.] She relies on the statements of attorneys and take their words, especially the Attorney for the Children, as being truthful. I listened to her campaign tape last fall when she was running for Supreme Court Judge and I have yet to see the "INTELLIGENCE" she was boasting about. The one thing that she is showing is the promise to "work with the bar"; as her bias to them is without exception.

wow! how mean can they be to their own staff and lawyers. the buildind and atmosphere in nassau family court is abysmal and it shows. judge bennett is a percieved bully by lawyers and frequently demonstrates a lack of tact in adressing litigants as well. Should be doing support cases, if she could add.
