Comments:
Horrendous judge and a black mark on the judicial system. Perhaps at one point he was good - I have herd time and gain that he was the "Supervising Judge" years ago, and came out of retirement to assist - well, he should have stayed retired. This man is a pompous individual who believes he is superhuman, and therefore smarter than and above the law. He sits on his "throne" and pays no attention to the arguments before him, other than occasionally ridiculing a lawyer out shouting at someone in his court. He sits up there and doodles and daydreams - yet he has the audacity to issue opinions that are entirely contrary to precedent and the concept of equitable justice. He has an opinion of himself that is beyond that of anyone else I have every met.

By far the worst judge I have been before in 15years. Disregards the CPLR 2214 & NYCRR 202.7 notice requirements; 2217 evidentiary necessities; there is no rule of law as he "overrules" concurrent justices when taking over matters and plain and simple can't even follow the law to such a degree that he was negligent in filing his own empowering oath of office.
