Tried a Criminal Court case in front of this clown. He was more interested in the witness that exonerated the defendant than he was interested in trying the case. The witness saw what the cop did and followed him into the bathroom where my client was assaulted and arrested. Bias against the defendant is an under statement. This POS should be disbarred!!!!

Should have been off the bench years ago. Unprofessional, retaliatory and harassing. I just don't understand how he is still on the bench. I should call his house every 5 minutes for the whole weekend to see how he likes it.

If there was a zero, I would give it. This man should NOT be on the bench. He calls the house at all times of the night and weekend to harass us. The other day he called 22 times in less than 2 hours. There is something terribly wrong with his ethics and should step down. How can other judges not see this? And its everything about money. He thinks we are millionaires and can spit out $250 1-2 times a day. I do believe in karma. He will get his.

If there were negative numbers or zeros, they would have been chosen. This judge is money hungry, harasses people by calling them all times at night and leaving them on the phone for hours. He is unfair, nasty, unprofessional and should be taken off the bench.

I'm a retired criminal attorney who had a relatively minor felony drug case before him. He's a vindictive bastard. He intentionally didn't call my case from the time court opened. When I went to the bathroom at 4pm for 5 minutes he had my case called, and because I wasn't in the courtroom, had the case adjourned for 3 weeks, put my client in Rikers for 3 weeks (instead of Nassau County, where my client was serving his sentence and had been brought to Queens that morning. When my client was transferred back to Nassau 3 weeks later, all of his possessions had been stolen). He gave my client a normal sentence (probably because he wasn't paying attention) but he's clearly unfit for the bench.

This judge is the worst judge I have ever dealt with. He harrasses and has no common decency when it comes to the people he comes in contact with. This man shouldn't be on the bench and is unprofessional and has a huge chip on his shoulder. He is a horrible person to deal with and needs to step down.

Few judges do what they are supposed to do when it comes to probation, parole and conditional discharge violations. These people were given second, third, fourth, fifth chances. When they continue to screw up, Judge Wong does what they have been warned would happen.

I can agree with everyone Wong is not playing with defendants. He does what he wants. I had charges that he could of gave me 15-25 years but he approved something that allowed me to avoid jail. Honable Wong you gave me a 6/5 and I came home, got a job on wall Street 2001-05 Fith Ave Retail 06-2012 Restaurant OPS 13-17 and now I am in college for business. Hon. Wong you gave me a chance and now I'm a big boss in my own humble way. You being Wong has remained some what of deterrent in Queens so you are human and will make mistakes but having defendants afraid to be in your court keeps future crime from happening. I stayed out of trouble because I know if I came in your court again you would readmy file, dodged 15 years, you would give me 10yrs for Jay walking. Wong saved my life. I'm getting 80 and better in College. Btw give all sextraffickers 10-25 yrs save my future daughter

I was paying my restitution as best as I could every month. He wanted more money which I didn't have so I was violated on probation and resentenced to state time. This man is pure evil and needs to be removed from the bench.he is bias unfair doesn't listen and doesn't care if you are trying to do the right thing what kind of message is he sending.

This judge is extremely unfair. Attorneys are scared of him he doesn't listen to reason,he has an opinion before hearing all sides. He takes retaliation instead of listening and being fare.

Judge Wong is the worse, he does'nt have a heart he tells lies he has no respect at all.I have nothing nice to say about Judge Wong he says and does whatever he wants whether right or wrong judge laughs and jokes about people and their predictament.Thats not fair. wong says one thing and does another thing he lied about my sons time.I don't understand how hes still on the bench no one should be above the law. Hes a monster. his sentencing is ridiculous and hes untouchable what has this world come to.

Some one should teach this judge that bail is not the exception to the rule; it is the presumptive rule, unless the presumption of innocence applies everywhere in America other than Judge Wong's chambers. He asks questions and gets annoyed if you dare to answer. Squints and can barely see documents -- though his vision is so anti-defendant, nothing would help. Not every defendant can be the worst criminal ever -- but that's the way he sees them. If you've been arrested, you need three weeks in Riker's before your next court date, and no need for anyone else to speak.

This is a no-nonsense judge. With that being said, also a fair judge. I have been a probation officer for 25 years. When a probationer receives probation and is told what is expected, he or she is told that if they violate their probation in Queens they will go before Judge Wong. He is one of the only judges where probationers know his reputation as a no-nonsense judge. We need more judges like Judge Wong sitting on the bench. Bravo Judge Wong!

Most unreasonable and clearly is misguided in any sense of fairness or justice he thinks he might actually possess.
I am personal witness to his Court room and calendar, and can say first hand that he is obiously misguided in delivering sentencing, and clearly is using the bench as a cathartic tool for his personal agenda, and has no sense of responsibility for administering justice in the Queens County community that his position as Judge requires him serve.
I personally witnessed him sentence an elderly man to 9 months and a five thousand dollar fine after the man turned himself in on a warrant for a non violent crime and on the same calendar in the same morning sentence discharge any restitution obligation in exchange for a six month sentence for a defendant who plead to an armed robbery charge who was recently arrested for menacing a federal employee with a Pit Bull and a gun. Unbelieveable!

A miserable, grumpy, short-tempered lousy judge. Comes in late. No regard for any defendant or defense counsel in his courtroom. Doesn't want to hear any argument or point of view other than what he has come into the courtroom with. Awful.

He is a tough judge but fair if you give him something to work with. He is willing to put defendants in programs to help them.But if defendants continuosly mess up, he has no problem giving out heavy sentences. He knows the law and nothing gets by him
