The worst judge possible. She lacks basic civility and professional courtesy. She is arrogant and rude.

Wow - I just drew this judge and checked here and got nervous. Then I looked at Westlaw - NINE reversals in the last 12 months!

Comments:
She does not the basic rules of evidence as it pertains to cross-examination. She lacks the skill to be a effective trial attorney, and she is forever late, delaying the trial and pissing off the jury. Poor bench officer

I was sued in her court by a guy who included in his suit paranoid rants about mysterious people calling him. So a pro se nut. A judge who gave a damn could have gotten rid of it in three months max. She sat on it for two years, letting all manners of nuttery go unchallenged (to give you a flavor for it, the guy once demanded an itemized list of my antique collection and claimed that I wasn't answering his calls because I was traveling abroad, thus proving my wealth.)

I appeared before her several years ago. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful and doesn't understand the law or procedure. Definitely has a chip on her shoulder and has no understanding of how to interact civilly with other people. One of the worst, if not the worst judge I have ever appeared before. Her female law clerk at the time was a carbon copy of her - the same rude, miserable attitude.

Her scholarship is non existent. Tries to hide behind boilerplate declarations without analyzing whether they apply to a case. Finds refuge in technicalities.

She took two months to cough up a form- an honest to goodness form probably from westlaw. This case has been pending for 17 months and in all that time she's never held a hearing.

Comments:
Miserable lady. If her judicial persona carries over into her social life, I doubt she has many friends. Petty, prickly, and unpleasant to appear before. Does not care about you.

Comments:
She was ghastly on a matter as simple as an inquest. She was arrogant and discourteous to the attorneys and the client. She started the inquest at 4 PM ( because she was talking to a group of visiting students) and of course a second date was necessary to continue. She doesn't know the law and was terribly biased against the plaintiff.
Her law secretary appeared to be competent and courteous but she doesn't make up for the judge.

Comments:
She is extremely petty and picky. E.g., she has a thing about how you situate your chair, and you can't leave for the bathroom once you enter her courtroom, etc. In my case, she privately told the jury to reach a verdict soon because she was going on vacation. She is very ill-tempered, and should be removed.

I tried a case before Justice Taylor and found her to be competent and professional as was her court room personnel. She worked out scheduling conflicts and was consistently fair throughout the trial.

She tried the case herself - definitely not a fair or impartial judge!

Have tried several cases before her. Most recently she demonstrated a good knowledge of evidentiary law but a poor grasp of substantive legal issues. She needs to stop being a slave to note taking, which she does incessantly. Showing up closer to the time she directs litigants to appear would also be nice.

Militant attitude. Shows up when she wants and does what she wants. Just downright nasty to appear in front of.

She's more concerned with you standing up when speaking to her than with your case. Has a thing about moving your chair at the table. Dumb as heck on the law -- as is her legal secretary. A form-over-substance person who is insecure and has a huge chip on her shoulder.
