Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: NY4159
Rating:1.2
Comments:
This judge is an embarrassment - He was censured before when he should have been removed - now the state has finally decided to remove him after another decade of his biased decisions.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY3954
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Completely biased toward prosecution, unwilling to listen to a defendant, pompous, not knowledgeable of the law, often confused, a showman who Loves to be the center of attention, unfair, eager to place defendants in jail, no apparent attempt to weigh the scales of
justice, a simple legal background, hostile, completely unwilling to recognize or correct when he errors (which is often), insulting, in a complete legal rut, not respected.
He was censured by the New York Commission concluded as a matter
of law that respondent (Judge Ramich) violated Sections 100.1, 100.2(A), 100.2(C), 100.3(B)(6),
100.3(E)(l), 100.3(E)(l)(a)(ii), 100.4(A)(2), 100.4(A)(3), 100.4(G) and 100.4(H)(2) of
the Rules Governing Judicial Conduct.
