Judge In Appellate Division Helps Family-Law Cronies

Ruth C. Balkin had become the principal justice on my appeal of my judgment of divorce, docket 2014-04166, unexpectedly, in January 2015, on calendaring my oral argument. Conflicts of interest are obvious in the differences between Ruth C. Balkin’s background and those of the other three justices assigned to my appeal. She is a former judge of the Family Court in Nassau County where my ex-wife harassed me with frivolous cases concurrent with my appeal here. Ruth C. Balkin lives near my ex-wife and has many personal and political ties there. Ruth C. Balkin's political friendships in family court include the support magistrate who recently tried to frame me for arrest. Ruth C. Balkin's cronies in Nassau County also include my ex-wife's divorce attorney who used my divorce to prey on me using unnecessary litigation, specifically exploiting issues connected with my son. The evil injustice done to my appeal is an omen that nothing will prevent such a corrupt judge from sabotaging other appeals, and from provoking needless additional litigation, merely to satisfy her cronies.

The recent denial and dismissal of my appeal was sudden and absurd and jeopardized my son's safety despite my having informed the court via open letter. The dismissal has preempted my submission of an emergency motion which would also seek repeal of jurisdiction of the family court. The dismissal looks suspiciously confused and hasty and investigation has uncovered the conflicts of interest.

She is an appellate judge who is a major dummy. Nasty and very political. Checks with her political leader when she thinks that a political answer is more important than a legal one.
