We haven't appeared before Judge McDonald yet but he saw through my adversary's BS in trying to steamroll over us by inundating the court with waves and waves of motion papers. The Court's brief yet quite cogent opinion made swift work of the trash spewed by my adversary.

I just spent a week trying a case before Judge McDonald. I was worried because his courtroom is huge and opulent. There is a huge stained glass ceiling. It's in Long Island City. I do not think the courtroom affected the trial.
Judge McDonald knew the law. He handled the trial as good as any judge could and was fair to both parties. I have had motions with his part in the past. I can say he is an excellent judge one of the best in Queens County.
