As to my understanding of my friends case to her unbeknowest of any activities occurring for 2 years by her lawyers who she was putting all her trust to in a malpractice/surgical error case and she thought she lost the case, as she was told to come to me and when i read the decision and order, i put 2 and 2 together and that is when i saw that the case would have expired on 03/21/2013 if i did not fax the document with in the 90 day motion she kept mentioning to me. The 1st couple of pages told me that The Judge HON: Thomas H. Scuccimarra saw something wrong with the councilman's side of trying to deviate themselves by committing perjury while the claimant was not seen. They stated they had a conflict. How when she did not even seen the lawyers for 2 years. I cannot write anymore but i give 101% recommendation and credit to The Judge. HON: Thomas Scuccimarra.

I am rating Hon: Thomas Scuccimarra based on a case he has pending to put back in motion. As i read the claimants documents i saw that the judge saw something wrong was going on in her case. I am the person who is helping her since she was taken advantage of, she is a vulnerable beautiful humble woman and she had no knowledge as to what was occurring. I do not want to say anything here. I just want to say. Thank You Your Honor. See you soon.
