Horrible judge. How in Gods name is she a Supreme court Judge? Biased! File an article 78, your appeals, & Good luck to you all! I'm fortunate enough to have witness her behavior on 3 separate cases. She doesn't like men. I'm convinced. I didn't believe the other reviews. Completely out of her mind, and needs to get out of that robe.

This judge is an absolute racist . I have heard her make anti black and anti Hispanic commments in her chamber. It unbelievable how cowardice the court staff are and don’t speak out . I will be talking to the media. I wil no longer allow this racist destroy young men of color is lies because of her racist bigotry.

Observation is that, before Judge Capeci, defendants are presumed guilty and she is biased and punitive. No even-handedness whatsoever particularly if a minority is before her. She significantly reduces the quality of the bench and is not qualified to handle custody matters. Regrettably, the only losers are the children. The IDV part should be dissolved if this is the best jurist on the bench.

She picks and chooses who she likes and who she doesn't whether they listen to her orders or not. She's extremely moody you never know what mood she'll be in she one minute she is as sweet as can be and the next time she can be arrogant screaming and yelling even at the attorneys. She tends to make false promises goes back on her word and does whatever she feels at the moment. She's a horrible person.
