Well, so far mommy bias seems to prevail! Will follow up with more details but so far it appears to be a business as usual. If your a mommy and you violate court orders as a daily custom then all is forgive by virture of your being a mommy. On the other hand if your a dad and your expecting that your rights will be protected think again!! If your a dad and your follow the rules then get use to having your rights violated without Any repercussions to the mommy!! Business as usual in Suffolk county family court. All I can think of its some kind of revenge on men that we are not aware of. But it is strange that laws, rules, court orders mean so little to the people we entrust with enforcing them. Guess it has more to do with whats in grandparents bank accounts then whats best for children....
