What others have said about Hon. Michael Fondacaro

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: NY9055
Hon. Fondacaro reserved decision, but I believe he has been fair and maintains an even temperament while providing balance to both sides of the case by allowing each party's representation to ask relevant or potentially relevant questions. I assume he does this to help his decision making along, but does so without compromising or misleading the purpose and topic of the hearing at hand. It seems he was listen fully which is all you can ask for at the end of the day.

Comment #: NY7191
He acts as if he is the law, not someone who is following the law. He is terrible. he has his favorite lawyers and nothing you can do to change his out come

Comment #: NY7044
Terrible. Doesn"t bother to find the facts. No compasion, completely out of touch.

Support Magistrate Fondocaro is unfocused and demonstrates a lack of knowledge in the area of Law he is practicing. His lacks and deficiencies are expensed against litigants, where he shows his temper when unable to solve complex legal issues. His order fashioning and decision writing skills are laughable, where he shows deep misunderstanding of workings of law. Oftentimes his decisions are hand written and make no sense. He has been sued many times including by this litigant with a civil rights case still pending, now in the federal circuit courts. i hope he never makes judgeship he will make a terible Justice.

Comment #: NY3201
This Judge does not listen to the Plaintiff or Respondent. He seems to just want to rush through his case load and blatantly disregards the fact that he is managing the lives of human beings. He is rude and dismissive.

Comment #: NY2953
he seems like an administrator doing what he wants not a judge doing whats right
