Very astute and compassionate well suited for Elder care cases sees right through scams by family members taking unfair advantage of parents estates. Down to earth and even handed with judicial decisions.

Comments:
A terrible judge. I had an odd situation in which a case I filed in Queens, where the plaintiffs resided, had, without my clients' knowledge, authorization or permission, also been filed in Nassau by an attorney whom my clients had seen once and not retained. Judge Cullen threw it out of Queens, presumably to lighten his docket, although it was clear that the plaintiffs' chosen venue was Queens. Even my opponent was shocked at the decision.
