This man ruined my son's life and mine. My son's father is abusing my son. Even though I proved that he was being abused, Judge Bivona won't allow supervised visits, and now I risk losing sole custody of my son to his abusive father because I can't let my son go unsupervised. My son is only two years old, and it is our duty to protect the innocent, but not Judge Bivona's duty: he called me a liar at the hearing before the trial when I asked for supervised visits and had medical evidence to show, but he would not look at it or allow me to talk. Then, when the trial came and he could not deny that my son was abused, he said that anyone could have done it. He is a disgrace to justice.
