Comments:
Takes his religious views to the bench and has bias which predetermines his decision. Uses his authority to block testimony that undermines his decision. He protects abusers in his court room if he determines the other party is a sinner for their "lifestyle". Needs to not be on the bench if he cannot be objective and leave his personal bias at home. His decision was detrimental to a child who was placed with an abusive parent rather than placed with one he saw as unfit due to being gay.

Judges cases before trial starts and doesn't take lack of proof into account

Peter C. Bradstreet

A grown father beat the mother of his children then threw his 3 month old son, almost killing him. He was set free by  Peter C. Bradstreet. Not the first time this had happened is steuben county. Even worse the mother was locked up fo being a victim of domestic violence. The kids suffer the most. The whole story was hidden from the public. Why?
