Top notch judge. Have never had an issue in his part and always felt that my clients were getting a fair and competent jurist deciding their case. Definitely knows the law be it in a criminal or civil case.

Gave a well-thought out decision to me, in a case with a lot of nuance that could have gone either way for the Motion to Dismiss on a baseless defamation case. Smart legal mind, in my opinion. Didn't let the other side use the courts for something that was clearly frivolous

Ugh, this guy is the worst of the worst of political hacks. Got his job because of his political connections, hired his law clerks because of their political connections. If you're one of his buddies, you'll do well in his courtroom, otherwise forget it. Possibly the MOST political judge in Suffolk County. [Redacted by Ed.]
