Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.8
Comments:
Very Plaintiff oriented. Ignores precedent and established law. Will work with you on scheduling but that is as far as this judge is willing to go when it comes to defendants.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY10942
Rating:1.9
Comments:
This is where cases go to die. He sits on motions for months, even years, before making a decision. I've had cases where we've orally argued the same motion numerous times and then had to resubmit the papers because they were lost. Every time I go to his part, I feel like we are starting over.

Comments:
One of the nicest Judges I have appeared before but he made skne bad rulings during the trial which heavily favored the plaintiff throughout.

Litigant

Rating:1.0
Comments:
Judge Ford is one of a large group of hypocrites and thieves who sit on the bench hiding dirty secrets beneath their robes. He is cold, uncaring and hurried. He has a long neck, curly hair and the beadiest eyes I have ever seen. For the price of a bribe that comes in the form of a fraudulent MERS mortgage satisfaction, he will allow documents that he knows are fraudulent to be admitted into his courtroom as evidence, in order to deny a trial to someone who has been continuously abused and denied their rights. He is very comfortable with malicious prosecution and holding innocents in jail when he is told to set bail higher than the litigant could afford. This guy belongs behind bars himself for the secret and devious acts he has committed for profit. He reminds me of a reptile.
