Comments:
Lacks knowledge about cases he is handling, makes judgements on a whim without any serious thought put into it, does not consider facts. Fathers are especially discriminated against. A very dangerous situation for many innocent people involved in family court. Do these judges realize they have the power to destroy peoples lives? Most likely, and they probably don't care. Fed up with the pain and trouble, family court has been the most depressing and painful thing in my life, and I worry for the children. I sit here like an idiot thinking being honest and doing the right thing will allow justice to prevail, but I am realizing after years it won't. I have to learn to live with the wrongdoing rather than trying to change it. There is nothing you can do to let justice prevail if your judge understands nothing about the facts and does not care to.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY6295
Rating:2.0
Comments:
He comes in with his decision made. It's clear he's never worked a day in his life in private practice, as he has no idea what it's like to make a living in the private sector, & has no regard for anyone's time or issues or opinions other than his own. He's there to make a name for himself.

he is not fair at all. Will no view evidence.

Litigant

Comment #: NY5108
Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Pictures, e-mails, videos, and recorded conversations do not carry any weight with this judge. If Jesus or Moses appeared before this judge as a non-custodial parent, he would not believe a word that they would have to say -- it's just that simple.

Litigant

Comment #: NY5107
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This judge was absent when they taught the principles of due process and equal protection under the law in law school. He will grant extensions to the custodial parent and the CLC for responding to petitions. He will bend over backwards to listen to everything the custodial parent has to say and accept it as the gospel, even with contradictory testimony and evidence. He will disregard or dismiss all evidence presented by the non-custodial parent. So, heaven forbid you are a non-custodial parent. When you walk into the courtroom, you might as well pull down your pants and bend over, because that's the type of justice one can expect when appearing before this judge.
