Honorary Judge McDonaugh handled my criminal case in which I was falsely accused and had 7 charges against me. It was a horrific time and I was shaking all the time....worried about what would happen next. I lost faith in the system and even in humanity. I chose to have a jury trial because I didn't even trust a judge to determine my fate. Nonetheless, Judge McDonaugh restored by faith in truth & justice and I was acquitted. He was a thorough, fair and intelligent judge. The ADA: Josh Bengis: not so much so. If I see him again, I will give him a big hug...even though he didn't determine my fate, he kept the trial factual and fair. He didn't allow shenanigans (I'm Irish too) :) Thank you, Judge McDonaugh
