I think this judge is very unfair my sister gave me a house because I'm on SSI everybody kept telling me I can't have a house in my name so I had my partner at the time put her name on my deed along with mine I'm trying to remove her name off my deed it's been 5 years she's been served over and over she wants no part of the house because she understand it's not her house but this judge won't sign off on it I feel he'not a good judge because he doesn't want to see the truth the house belongs to me this is truly an example of a unjustified judge

Refused to admit evidence contrary to the party he wanted to win the action. Refused to allow witnesses to testify against the party he wanted to win the action. Cut a three-day trial down to one day because he had previously made up his mind to rule in favor of the party registering a default out-of-state order.
