Gave away over a million dollars from an estate to brother of decease claiming his brother did not have a will. Made no requirements such as having relatives apear in court to confirm there being no will. He didn't even have a lawyer so Judge Pagones let my father-in-law steel his brother's estate. He also let a illegal be represented for a wrongful death suit, ignoring her status, who had presented fraudulent paperwork from immigrations that Pagones refused to verify with a supeana despite my urgings. There's no justice with Judge Pagones.

I do not understand how a Judge can just "make up his own laws and rules" for so many years and just get away with it. It almost appears as if he gains sadistic pleasure by the way he destroys innocent people's lives and families. The only solace I have is that he will have to answer on his ultimate judgment day for all the ill he has forced on others.

Was just in this Judge's Court for a trial which settled during the case. I was very favorably impressed with his temperament and demeanor. I was a bit hesitant when I had seen there was only one comment which was not favorable. I found the Judge to be accommodating in regard to getting the matter resolved. his staff was excellent. The case was a simple S/F case but there were serious questions as to causal relationship with the accident and injuries. The only thing I was not over the moon about was the fact that there was likely going to be an issue with regard to scheduling the medical experts. We did not reach that point of the case but I was initially told that there would be a problem with getting my expert in as we were only allotted "x" days for trial and the expert was not available until a few days after the time allotted I do not know if this could have been an issue but it is not an uncommon problem for attys/ Dr.'s

He can be a little quick to sanction lawyers for trivial errors, but he's a good judge and his part functions much better in recent years, since he got rid of his former principal court attorney. His part staff are lovely and helpful.
