Another nice surprise in Kings County. Though I think he favored the plaintiff, he was even handed in his rulings, and let you try your case without interference. When it came to settlement negotiations, about half way through the trial, he grabbed the bull by the horns and got it done. Smile, whether you are a plaintiff or defendant,if you are assigned to him.

He is very pleasant and cheerful. I had a relatively simple summary judgment motion in front of him and he had actually read the papers and had taken about a page of notes! He took the bench and started his calendar call exactly on time, too. We need more judges like this one
