Comments:
Just awful, awful, awful. spends months and months on motions and acts like a Queen in her realm, knows nothing about certain aspects of the law and borrows from other areas. Blames attorneys for her own failures. Strikes motions from e-filing sua sponte. She'll never learn her lesson or admit a mistake. She's never been reversed in an appealed decision, but it's coming. She cares not. She'll await her pension and retire, nastily barking her way out the door. Beware of this terrible wench who is not a public servant, but a mean, nasty woman who should be off the bench, but she'd never get another job. Not even-handed towards attorneys in the least. Even my arrogant adversary supported me in part. NEVER have I ever been before a more intemperate judge, lacking in basic knowledge in an area of law she is required to know something about. Shame on her.
