From reading the comments below, pressuring litigants into settling is some sort of power trip. I have transcript showing just such. She also likes to roll her eyes. It’s obvious she dislikes female litigants and chooses a side with bias and not as a good judge would do over facts. Zero stars of I could.

Thank goodness no one will ever have their life in Jill’s hands again. She belongs in prison. Looks like that’s where she’s headed. And she’s ugly.

Comments:
Jill Kehn is a horrible Family Court judge and a horrible person. She has no idea what she is doing. She DEMANDS settlement and punishes desperate litigants who want a trial. If you end up in her courtroom on a family court matter, you'd better start working on your appeal.

I think she is very fair.

Comments:
She is not judicidal and uses the court room to intimidate the parties to 'settle' without any concept of the complexities of divorce and custody. Judge Jill Kehn has not qualifications to be a family court judge and has done nothing to educate herself (read: certificate/ training) to understand marital law and the nuances of family court.

Comments:
Dishonorable Kehn cannot recall details nor time lines of her cases, accepts false allegations with no proof and has no shame putting children in harms way and lacks the ability to listen to AFC nor CPS. Instead picks an Attorney and just goes with whatever despite that Parent's repeated history of drugs, child neglect, abuse, placing children in significant harms way as long as that Parent is a Female is all that matters to Kehn.

Comments:
Disposition is horrible. Her demeanor, matches her disposition. One of the worst family court judges to ever hold the bench. She threatens you into agreeing to her will. Even, after stating numerous times that it isn't something you want. Refuses to adhere to any form of judicial conduct matching that of a professional. This women is not fit to be a family court judge..

Temperament is horrible. Semi-fair though if you're male and going into a custody hearing, I'd suggest getting an attorney that is familiar with the appeals process because that is precisely where you are going to end up. Allows the other party to say untrue/non-factual things, CPS investigates determining they are unfounded and the other party is left without repercussions.
