Horrific. Fail to protect children's safety. Children have been physically abused and neglected their entire life and judge refuses to remove, despite constant request of CPS. Dozens of CPS calls AND the father has criminal charges.

Comments:
Judge Kershko was fair in my case. She was not interested in what my spouse and I had going on. She only cared about the impact on our child and she kept our child top of my mind throughout the matter. She is tough and has no patience for nonsense from either the litigants or counsel. I wouldn’t want to be on her bad side.
