Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
I thought Judge Mackey was an honest fair jurist until I got a call from his law clerk with a defense attorney who the clerk called Richie on the line.I had a motion pending but there was no submission/hearing date and co-defendants weren't on the call. The clerk didnt even explain herself but was clearly friendly with this defense counsel A week later my motion was denied. I don't know anything about Judge MacKey but his clerk who refused to give me her name was clearly running the show for the defense. Reading above- I smell a rat.

Litigant

Rating:1.0
Comments:
First away from him as a person which I think he is decent and respectful person
I wish there is less than 1 rating to give here
He is simply unqualified for the job
I have had divorce case with him and the amount of mistakes he made in his decision and during the trial is overwhelming.
Every aspect of his decision. Is being appealed in a hope to fix the mess he has done

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: NY10209
Rating:1.0
Comments:
I have a case where I proved that two court orders do not exist and over thirty state decisions are based on those orders. He allowed that illegal conduct to continue. He also dismissed a notice of claim stating that I didn't file an affidavit, when it was a requirement in order to file. Which I did. The most legally inept Judge I have ever encountered.
