Comments:
I have only been before him once, for a Bench Trial. Even though he ruled against me, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the law and his attention to every detail of the case. He did turn our summations into a 'Moot Court Like" exercise, but his questions only revealed that he didn't miss a second of then testimony and hit every key point. Bottom line is, if you lose and are still willing to try any type of case before a judge then he's one of the good ones.
